Welcome to Geometry! I am excited to be teaching Geometry this year and look forward to working with all of you. I want this to be a successful year in math for you, even if you think math is your most difficult subject! We will be working hard and learning lots of things this year, so please come prepared to work and prepared to be successful! I am committed to doing my part in helping you pass Geometry and the EOC at the end of the year, but I need you to do your part as well. We talked a little bit the first week of school about the 212th degree--that little bit extra that can help you be more successful. Each of you set a 212 degree goal for yourself--I hope that you will think about yours often. Whether your goal was to study more for tests, or to pay more attention in class, or to be more organized, or to come to office hours when you have questions, this goal that you set for yourself can help you to have a great year in math this year! When you have questions, please come and see me during office hours so that you don't get left behind. Often just a few minutes in office hours can help you to keep up with what we are learning and keep you from falling into a deep hole. I am here to help you learn and to have your best academic year ever!
